Eucharistic Ministers to the Homebound provide the blessing of the Holy Eucharist to those who can no longer make it to Mass. As Ministers, we strive to create a blessed and joyful environment for anyone who is in need of our service. We welcome anyone who is interested in either ministering or receiving the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist, and are always filled with joy when presented with an opportunity to serve. As Matthew 25:34-40 exemplifies, we must care for those who cannot care for themselves:
“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’... ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’"
